Glass nail files are decorated by a number of methods, from traditional mostly by-hand techniques used in glass industry for centuries to the most up-to-date methods that open totally new possibilities in glass nail files decorations.

Coloured glass nail files

Colour application belongs nowadays already to traditional decoration ways of glass nail files. Particular colours and their combinations can be applied on all sizes of glass nail files.

We offer 12 basic colours in both glossy and matt finish – yellow, lemon yellow, magenta pink, green, aqua blue, violet/purple, cobalt blue, ruby red, salmon red, black, white and orange. Newly we have introduced also gold colour, silver colour and four reflective phosphore colours. Out of these single colours it is possible to create arbitrary combinations.

Colour is applied onto the glass nail files by spraying; the spray is carried out so that the colour covers the full length of the handle and partly extends into the grinding surface where it is fading out. After application of colour the glass nail files are burned in a furnace at the temperature round 200 °C, while the colour matures and gains durability. All the used colours are ecological water-soluble colours.

Beside standard colours we are able to prepare almost any colour by customer’s request according to the Pantone standards.

Glass nail files decorated with photoprinting

A novelty in our assortment is a decoration of glass nail files with full-colour photoprinting. Photoprinting is one of the most up-to-date printing technologies; it enables full-colour printing on various materials. By photoprinting it is possible to apply onto the glass nail files any image or photo in high quality, which presents outstanding potentialities for realization of customized designs onto the glass nail files.

The advantage of protoprinting is the possibility of production in smaller series, because contrary to common silk-screen or pad printing this technology does not require printing matrixes. The only limitation of this method is that the print must be realized on white background. Due to relatively simple way of application we are able to offer application of customized designs for very favourable prices.

Spectacularly-looking designs are designs created by photoprinting along one whole side of the glass nail file. For this type of decoration single-sided files are used. Grinding surface is only on one side of the glass nail file, and the other smooth side is decorated along the whole length.

Photoprinting is also convenient for application of customized logos onto glass nail files for promotional purposes.

Glass nail files decorated with crystal stones

(Bohemian crystal stones and Swarovski crystal stones)

Decoration with crystal stones transforms a glass nail file into a highly elegant cosmetic accessory. Every single glass file is a unique original, because all designs are hand processed.

All the crystal stones we use are produced by Czech jewellery manufacturers having long tradition. By customer’s wish we are able to produce the selected designs also out of the branded Swarovski crystal stones. Beside standard designs we produce also customized designs by customer’s wish.

Laser decorated glass nail files

Designs created by laser belong to one of the most modern techniques of glass nail files’ decoration.

Laser decoration is an alternative method to sandblasting. In comparison to sandblasting the laser designs are less plastic. However, for designs made by laser no template is needed and therefore the cost and price are significantly lower compared to sandblasted designs.

Laser designs can be applied on plain or coloured glass nailfiles according to customer’s wish. Spectacularly-looking are designs engraved into coloured glass nail files, the customer can select the colour of. The selected design can be applied also as a full-area design onto single-sided glass nail files. The grinding surface is then on one side of the file only and on the second smooth side there are designs engraved into the colour according to customer’s wish. By this method it is possible to engrave a logo or design also into the grinding surface (without negative impact on the grinding ability).

Due to its simplicity and low price laser decoration is advantageous for promotional purposes.

Metal decorated glass nail files

Glass nail files decorated with metal form a special set of unique hand-made designs.

Metal decorations due to their innovative design and originality furbish the glass nail files with exclusive appearance. Metal decorated glass nail file becomes a luxury gift, and also an appealing ladies’ accessory.

We offer application of metal directly onto the glass nail files or we produce special metal pouches for glass nail files.

Newly we offer the possibility to apply printed designs onto the glass nail files. The proved method of silk-screen printing is used that guarantees high quality of even highly detailed designs. The designs can be printed in arbitrary colour on both clear and coloured glass nail files.

Besides a number of standard designs it is possible to produce also customized designs.

Glass nail files with logo

Glass nail files with logo can advantageously serve as unusual promotional articles and giveaways. The suitable techniques for application of logo onto glass nail files are namely photoprinting, sandblasting, laser engraving, silk-screen printing and pad printing.
